When is your order cut-off time?
Our order cut-off time is 2pm GMT. All orders received after this time will be processed on the next working day.
How quickly are orders shipped?
Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a premium shipping service are shipped the same day. All other orders are normally shipped within 24 hours. Please note however that specialist footwear or custom items may require extra time for processing before dispatch.
Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are primarily dispatched from our dedicated UK warehouse. Thanks to the reliability and efficiency of the UK postal system, you can expect secure and prompt shipping of your purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option you select at checkout. Each delivery service displays its estimated time frame and cost, making it easy for you to choose the right balance between speed and affordability.
Are orders tracked?
Tracking availability depends on the delivery method you choose. If you select a tracked service, you will automatically receive a tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch. If you haven’t received your tracking information, please contact our support team.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order has not been shipped, you are free to request cancellation. Please note however that it is not always logistically possible to stop an order once it has entered the dispatch process. If your order has already shipped, you can still return it for a full refund once received.
Is my order insured?
Yes, all orders are fully insured. You will never be at a financial loss should your order fail to arrive.
In the event that my order does not arrive, how long until it is considered lost?
This depends on the delivery service chosen. In general, a waiting period of 10 working days beyond the estimated delivery date is required before we can submit a claim for loss with the carrier. The carrier will then investigate to confirm whether the order is delayed, misdelivered, or lost in transit.
Can I return my order?
Yes, of course. You have up to 90 days to return any unworn footwear for a refund or exchange. Please see our Returns page for detailed instructions.
How long does it take for a return to be processed?
We process returns as quickly as possible once they arrive at our warehouse, whether for a refund or exchange. If you need an exchange urgently, many customers find it convenient to place a new order for the correct item and then return the original order for a refund.
